Your next step · Tidy the spare room
Step 1 · about 5 minutes
Pick up everything that belongs in another room and put it in one bag.
An ADHD-friendly planner for iPhone
Mosspatch gives you one small first step, a ten-minute clock, and a moss patch that grows every time you begin.
Try it: every start grows a tile
One new tile a day. Nothing ever dies back.
Sound familiar
The start is the hard part.
You know exactly what needs doing. Your body just won't get up and do it.
Whole days slip away.
You meant to do one thing. It's six o'clock and you're still circling it.
Too much, all at once.
A list of forty things doesn't help. You need the first one, made small.
How it works
Two minutes before bed. See what you got done, move anything left to tomorrow or let it go, and pick the one thing you'll be held to.

Tap Start and Mosspatch gives you one step and a ten-minute clock. Stop whenever you like. The start already counts.

Your first start each day adds a tile to your moss patch. Every start after that helps a tile grow. Nothing ever dies back.

No chatbot, no forty-item list. Say what the thing is, tap what's stopping you, and Mosspatch gives you a single first step you could do in the next ten minutes.
These are examples we wrote. In the app, Mosspatch suggests a step for your own task, and you can always type your own instead.

Held to today
Each evening you pick the one thing that matters most tomorrow. It sits at the top of Today with a Start button. At night, Mosspatch asks how it went and helps you plan the next one. Get that one thing done and it was a good day.
Want a person to hold you to it instead? Choosing a friend, or being matched with another Mosspatch user, is coming soon.
Routines
Choose from twenty everyday habits or add your own, each set for morning, day or evening. Each one keeps a count of the days you've done it, and that number only goes up. Streaks are there if you want them, never show a zero, and pause when life gets in the way.
Go on, tick one.

Break it down
Ask for a breakdown and choose how small: just the first step, a few steps, or every little thing. Keep the steps you like, edit the rest, and nothing saves until you say so. The first step is always five minutes or less.
The AI only sees the task you give it. It can be wrong, so you stay in charge of every step.
Built for the bad days
Nothing tells you you're behind.
No red badges, no pile-up of yesterday's tasks waiting to tell you off.
Move it or let it go.
Every evening, anything left over goes to tomorrow or gets removed. Either is fine.
A gap is never mentioned.
Miss a week and come back. Your patch is exactly as green as you left it.
One thing done is a good day.
If the only thing you did was the thing you were held to, Mosspatch counts that as a good day.

No. Mosspatch is for anyone who knows what to do and still can't start. It never asks about a diagnosis.
You get 14 days free, and you don't need a card to start. After that you choose a plan. If you don't, your patch stays there to look at and nothing is deleted.
Only the task you ask it about, and only after you've said yes. It goes to Anthropic, which doesn't use it to train its models. Say no and you can still type your own steps.
Nothing happens. Mosspatch doesn't count missed days, your patch never dies back, and the next time you start something it grows again.
