Help, I'm stuck
Help, I'm stuck is a button for the moment you can't make yourself begin. Say what the thing is, tap what's in the way, and Mosspatch gives you one step you could do in the next ten minutes.

Type it, say it out loud, or pick it from today's plan. A few words is enough.
Don't know where to start, too big, boring, can't decide, no energy, or dreading it. Each one gets a different kind of step. You can skip this.
One step card, small enough to do in the next ten minutes. Not right? Tap Not this one. Want the rest? Tap Show the steps.
Tap Start and a ten-minute clock begins. The step joins today's plan, and starting it grows your moss patch.
No chatbot, no forty-item list. Say what the thing is, tap what's stopping you, and Mosspatch gives you a single first step you could do in the next ten minutes.
These are examples we wrote. In the app, Mosspatch suggests a step for your own task, and you can always type your own instead.

Break it down
Ask Mosspatch to break a task down and choose how small: just the first step, a few steps, or every little thing. Keep the steps you like, edit or reorder the rest, and nothing saves until you tap Use these steps. The first step is always five minutes or less.
It's a button, not a chatbot.
You get one step, then it gets out of the way. It never plans your day, moves your tasks or sets reminders.
It only sees that one task.
The app asks before the first time. The text goes to Anthropic, which doesn't use it to train its models. More on the privacy page.
It can be wrong.
Suggestions are suggestions. You decide what to do, and you can always type your own step instead.
It knows its limits.
For medical, legal or money questions it suggests who to ask. If what you type sounds like you're in crisis, it shows UK helplines instead: Samaritans 116 123, Shout 85258, NHS 111, or 999.
No signal, or the AI is having a rest? You still get a first step, from a set we've written ourselves.
Built for the bad days
Stopping after one step is a good day.
The step counts the moment you start it. If one step is all you manage, that's a start, and your patch grows anyway.
One step on screen and a ten-minute clock. Stopping still counts.
Two minutes each evening. Wake up knowing where to start.
