Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use it?
No. Mosspatch is for anyone who knows what to do and still can't start. It never asks about a diagnosis.
Is it free?
You get 14 days free, and you don't need a card to start. After that you choose a plan. If you don't, your patch stays there to look at and nothing is deleted.
What does the AI see?
Only the task you ask it about, and only after you've said yes. It goes to Anthropic, which doesn't use it to train its models. Say no and you can still type your own steps.
What if I miss a few days?
Nothing happens. Mosspatch doesn't count missed days, your patch never dies back, and the next time you start something it grows again.
Do you sell my data?
No, never. There are no ads, and this website sets no cookies.
Is it on Android?
iPhone first. Android comes later.
What if it's not for me?
Cancel in your iPhone's settings, and delete your account in the app. Everything goes with it.
Is this medical advice or treatment?
No. Mosspatch is a planner. It doesn't replace help from a doctor or therapist.
