- You get the full app for 14 days. You don't need a card to start.
- On day 12, Mosspatch tells you the trial ends in two days. No surprises.
- On day 14, choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your patch stays there to look at and nothing is deleted.
Cancelling, restoring and refunds
- Cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Restore: on a new phone, open the plan screen in the app and tap Restore purchases.
- Refunds: Apple handles these at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why it isn't free
Mosspatch costs money to run: the servers that keep your patch safe and the AI that breaks tasks down both send us a bill every month. Free apps pay those bills with ads or your data. We'd rather charge you a fair price, say so up front, and never do either.
What about the AI?
When you tap Break it down or Help, I'm stuck, we send the text of that one task to Anthropic to suggest steps. It isn't used to train AI models, and the app asks before the first time. See the privacy pagefor the detail, or email support@mosspatch.co.uk.
