In one line
Mosspatch is the ADHD planner built around getting started.
In a paragraph
Mosspatch is an iPhone planner for adults with ADHD who know what to do but can't make themselves start. Each evening you plan tomorrow in two minutes and pick one thing to be held to. Each day you start with one small step and a ten-minute clock, and when you freeze, a Help, I'm stuck button turns the thing you're avoiding into a first step. Every start grows an isometric moss patch that never dies back, and nothing in the app shames you for a missed day. Mosspatch is made independently in the UK and is in early access on iPhone.
